Who is Provet Pty Ltd?
Provet Pty Ltd is an Authorised Representative (AR No. 334292) of Hollard and is authorised to deal in Vets Own Pet Health Insurance products. Provet Pty Ltd arranges for this product to be issued. Only Hollard or PetSure can issue, vary and cancel the product. Provet Pty Ltd is not authorised to provide financial product advice, if you believe you may have received advice please contact Hollard’s Compliance manager on 1300 360 190.
Provet Pty Ltd receives a commission of up to 20% of the Gross premium for distributing Vets Own.
How do we resolve complaints?
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the service provided please contact us by phone 1300 668 890 or by writing. If your complaint remains unresolved, Hollard’s compliance manager or dispute committee will review the matter and respond within 15 days.
Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and promptly but if you remain dissatisfied with the final decision you may refer the matter to the General Insurance and Enquiries Complaints Scheme (IEC), which acts as Hollard’s external dispute resolution provider. The IEC is an independent body and its service is free to you. Vets Insurance Pty Ltd and Hollard agree to accept the Schemes decision. To access the Scheme you must contact the IEC within 3 months of a final decision at 1300 363 683.
