Emergency Boarding Fees – In addition to the above Vets Own Pet Health Insurance will provide $20.00 per day for your pet-if you are hospitalised for more than 5 days, up to a maximum of $500.00 per year.

Condition Excess –
The following Condition Excess applies in respect to all Vets Own plans:
A Condition Excess of $50.00 will be deducted from benefits due for each Illness or Accidental Injury condition treated during the period of cover which is not related to any other Illness or Accidental Injury treated during the same period of cover. You may submit multiple claims for the same Illness or Accidental Injury condition. For example, your pet has an ear infection and requires follow-up visits, therefore the Condition Excess will apply to the 1st claim only because claims for the follow-up visits will be related to the same condition.
Note: The Condition Excess applies only once for each condition claimed within a policy period.
